Justine Hall

General Manager, Customer Experience, IP Australia

Justine is the General Manager, Customer Experience at IP Australia overseeing a range of functions including core IP rights administration and support; contact centre and customer insights; internal and external communications; digital products; and public education and awareness. The group’s focus is on understanding the customer journey and driving improvements to systems and processes based on customer feedback.

Justine’s background includes senior roles in Corporate and Program Delivery at the Departments of Industry and Defence. Justine has extensive experience in portfolio management, including implementing projects and programs that improve the delivery of corporate services and digital products; leading teams through organisational change (including Machinery of Government Changes); and in the provision of strategic support to multiple Minister’s and Executive’s.

Justine has a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science and International Relations) and an Executive Master of Public Administration from the Australian National University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
