Fulfilment Policy - Refunds and Cancellations

If a financial participant wishes to cancel participation or end their partnership with MWC, they are required to notify MWC in writing. The participant will be responsible for any reasonable and documented production costs incurred during pre-production (up to fifty percent (50%) of the total fees of the agreement) and MWC shall reimburse the participant the remaining balance. If termination occurs within five (5) business days of scheduled production, the participant will be responsible for any reasonable and documented production costs incurred during pre-production up to seventy-five percent (75%) of the total fees of agreement and MWC shall reimburse the participant the remaining balance.

This Agreement may be terminated by either Party in the event of an uncured material breach by the other Party, if said breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after written notification of such breach. In the event the participant terminates for MWC’s breach, the participant will be entitled to prompt reimbursement of all fees paid, if any, less actual costs and expenses for services rendered and benefits received by the participant prior to termination. Upon termination, all provisions of this agreement intended by their nature to survive, shall continue.
